The Gift Card is a prepaid MasterCard payment card which can be used to pay for goods and services from retailers in the shopping centre.
It’s designed for use in shops and outlets within the shopping centre, only for transactions made in euro.
In an elegant gift box, the Gift Card is accepted in all shops and restaurants in the shopping centre.
Where can I buy it?
The Gift Card can be purchased at the Info-PAD and from the Grand’Affi Shopping Centre management.
The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of activation or until the balance clears.
How much can I load onto it?
The Gift Card will be loaded with the requested value and you are not required to spend the full amount in one day, as it can also be used on your subsequent visits (within one year from the date of purchase).
How can I check my balance?
It’s important to keep track of the remaining balance on your Gift Card so that you can avoid making purchases which cost more than your balance. There are four ways to check the remaining balance on your Gift Card:
- On this website, in the “check balance” session.
- Scan the QR code on the back of the Gift Card with your smartphone.
- Call customer service at 800 141 736.
- At the info-PAD in the shopping centre.
